What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Machine Operator position at LaunchNW?
We are looking to fill full time CNC Machinist/Operator. Must have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of CNC experience to be considered for the position.
Monday- Friday, 7am start
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Set up and operate CNC Mills and CNC Lathes
- Set-up, operate and make G-Code edits for 2, 3 and 4-axis CNC mills and CNC lathes with little to no supervision
- Select correct tooling to complete machining operations based on instructions and drawings
- Move material to stations or to stock
- Perform general housekeeping/clean up in assigned area
- Other duties as assigned
- Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols
- Ability to read blueprints and understand basic concepts of GD&T
- Able to use precision measuring equipment
- Must be able to lift and move 50lbs
