Our Company is involved with helping people decide on the biggest purchase they will ever make and we need someone who can do that with care, communication and professionalism.
What you will do:
- Answer incoming calls, emails and text messages
- Educate potential clients and real estate agents about our services
- Schedule service work (full inspections and ancillary services)
- Provide support to our clients and agents by answering questions they have about their service
- Confirmations for next day services with clients and agents
- Work with client and/or agent to work through scheduling/rescheduling/access issues
- Process Payments and manage collections
- Collect information about any received client complaints and assist client with getting all information to our client success department
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge base of our evolving services and territories served
- Check voicemails/emails for urgent issues and inspection schedules one evening per week

- Send emails/texts for Reviews
- Complete other tasks or special projects deemed necessary by RIA management

- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Active listening skills
- Ability to convey information in a friendly and helpful manner
- Knowledge of general administrative procedures and systems
- Ability to proofread and confirm correct information
- Experience and understanding of how to work and collaborate with a remote, distributed team preferred
- Ability to work on a computer or mobile electronic device
- Previous experience working with a customer service software is preferred
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and policies
