You will play a crucial role in the company by generating and building relationships with new logos. You will collaborate with the COO and team of recruiters to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. This role requires an energetic self-starter who is experienced in IT staffing sales and comfortable working independently.

Target market: SMBs and Startups with 50-200 employees in NAM
ICP: CTO, CIO, VPE, HRD, TAM, C-level responsible for IT recruitment budget
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing (new logo generation)
KPI: in 3 months, generate 10 IT job openings for the recruitment team to fill
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets
Collaborate with the recruiting team to understand clients' hiring needs and provide tailored solutions
Build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
2 years of full sales cycle experience (from prospecting to closing) in IT Staffing, IT Recruitment sales (new logo generation)
Knowledge of the IT Staffing industry, roles, job titles, programming languages and recruitment processes
Book of business with hiring managers (CTO, CIO, HRD) is an advantage
Proficiency in using CRM, sales tools, and LinkedIn for networking and lead generation
Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently
Comfortable working remotely and across different time zones
Energetic, confident and with a positive attitude
Employment type: full-time or contract (candidate's choice)
Compensation: OTE $160,000 - $240,000 per year (negotiable depending on your location and skills)
