Mid-sized Roseville law firm seeks a LEGAL CALENDAR CLERK with a minimum of 10 years or more of legal office experience including litigation secretary and/or legal calendar clerk. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail oriented, dependable and adaptable. Reliable transportation and a CDL are a must.
Job Description: Manage firm-wide calendar to ensure all deadlines are accurately and timely entered according to firm policy; reviewing all daily mail & faxes; Setting/confirming depositions; Subpoenas/Tracking of same; Conference room bookings; Checking all tentative rulings; Setting up Court Calls; prepare emails and reports to attorneys and paralegals as needed.
This position could potentially grow into more; including firm invoicing, document review and formatting, and overflow assistant depending on calendaring demands of the desk.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Starting salary is comparable to going rates and will depend on experience. Hours from 8:00-5:00. Employee benefits include medical & dental paid by the firm with the option to purchase for qualifying family members. 401k contributions and 17 days vacation/sick time are provided.
