Job Overview :
As a Client Experience Specialist at Law Mom, you will be the first point of contact for new clients, guiding them through the initial stages of their legal journey.
This role balances legal knowledge, customer service, and administrative skills to ensure a seamless client experience. You will work closely with our Welcome Coordinator and legal team to provide outstanding service and support.
Key Responsibilities :
- Schedule consultations for attorneys within the firm and handle client payments when appropriate.
- Conduct prompt follow-ups with prospective clients who did not schedule or cancel a consultation.
- Perform follow-up calls from our marketing database to inquire about clients' planning needs and assist them in completing their estate planning.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using our CRM software (Zoho preferred).
- Collaborate closely with our Welcome Coordinator and legal team to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Respond to calls and emails from potential clients immediately and without delay.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including managing calendars, documenting intake calls, and following up with clients.
- Ensure compliance with law firm policies and guidelines.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a client-service role, preferably in legal, sales, customer service, or mortgage industries.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and experience with CRM software (Zoho preferred).
- Strong work ethic and a team player mentality.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Spanish speakers (bilingual) are preferred but not required.
