Sole practitioner lawyer seeks administrative assistant on a full-time basis (40 hours per week). No previous legal experience is required, however a college degree or Associate's Degree (or equivalent experience), knowledge of Word, Excel, and QuickBooks, as well as a typing ability of 70 words per minute or more with 95% accuracy are essential. Knowledge of Spanish or French is a plus but not compulsory.

Knowledge of QuickBooks and a fast typing speed are especially important, so please do not apply unless you have both. We ask that you include results of a typing speed test (there are several free typing tests available online—e.g. typingtest.com, typing.com, etc.—and it only takes a few minutes), along with your resume in your response to this ad.

Office is in a very nice suite in one of the best buildings of Beverly Hills, located at 9595 Wilshire Blvd., one block west of Rodeo Drive, with a spectacular view of the city. This new administrative assistant will type contracts, forms, correspondence, emails, etc., and will be responsible for billing and filing. Sole practitioner is assisted by another of counsel attorney who works part-time from home.

$48,000 salary per year, subject to review. Five working days paid vacation.
