- Maintains record requests by logging and charting requests that are sent
- Retrieves medical records by following the phone list procedures
- Maintains phone list with up-to-date health care providers information
- Maintains quality results by following office standards and procedures.
- Maintains patient confidence by keeping patient records information confidential.
- Prepares new client binders for the Paralegal/Attorney
