Job Description
Our Nationwide Personal Injury firm has an opening for an experienced Case Manager working in Pre-Litigation. This is a hybrid position - part of the week in the office and the remainder days working remotely from your own home. Being Bilingual is a plus, but is not mandatory.
Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years of experience with all facets of a Pre-Litigation case from the initial intake to gathering evidence to preparing the Demand Package. You will not be doing the initial intakes as we have another department for that part. You will also be assigned an Assistant Case Manager to assist you with your caseload. Case Management experience is required for this position.
Case Managers must have excellent customer service skills, be dependable, be compassionate, be detail oriented, and have excellent communication skills.
This is a full-time position, with excellent benefits. Salary will range between $25-30 per hour (DOE) with a generous monthly bonus structure.
