Job Summary: As a Hotel Housekeeper at DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Cincinnati Blue Ash, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of our guest rooms and public areas. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will contribute to creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms according to established standards, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including making beds, changing linens, and replenishing amenities.
- Vacuum, dust, and polish furniture to maintain a neat and orderly appearance in guest rooms and public spaces.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms thoroughly, including fixtures, tiles, and surfaces.
- Empty trash containers and replace liners as needed.
- Replenish guest supplies and amenities to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the housekeeping supervisor promptly.
- Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to efficiently manage workloads and prioritize tasks.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a secure and hazard-free work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry moderate loads.
