Responsibilities: As the Vendor Coordinator, you will be responsible for the seamless execution of vendor-related tasks for our events. Your primary duties will include:
Vendor Management:
- Establish and nurture relationships with vendors, including artists, restaurants, and local businesses.
- Coordinate vendor outreach, applications, and selection processes.
- Oversee vendor payments and ensure timely disbursements.
- Provide vendors with essential event information, including maps, load-in instructions, and event schedules.
- Conduct post-event follow-up to gather feedback and assess vendor performance.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the event team to ensure vendors are aligned with event goals and requirements.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to streamline vendor-related processes and address any issues that may arise during events.
Performance Evaluation:
- Regularly assess vendor performance, addressing any concerns or areas for improvement.
- Identify and recognize outstanding vendors who contribute positively to our events.
Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in vendor management, event coordination, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with vendors.
- Proficiency in using office tools and software, including Dropbox, Outlook, and other relevant systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
