What are the responsibilities and job description for the Yard Jockey position at Lazer Express Inc?
Lazer Express is seeking a Full Time Yard Jockey Drivers to join our team in Middletown, Ohio! Shift is Monday-Friday 2:00 AM - 12:00 PM.

Responsibilities:
- Move trailers, safely and efficiently, to support warehouse and distribution needs by placing and pulling trailers between dock doors
- Professionally interface with customers, suppliers and on-site vendor employees in a professional manner
- Confidently manage “traffic” on the property to ensure the correct asset is at the correct dock at the correct time
- Quickly assess the status of logistics processes and systems
- Follow verbal instructions
Requirements:
- Experience as a yard jockey or spotter is preferred.
- Ability to step up into trailers from the ground level, sit for long periods of time and lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to operate in extreme heat and cold depending on elements
- Possess strong communication, multitasking and organizational skills
- Must have a Class A CDL License
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and all DOT requirements.
