What are the responsibilities and job description for the Time and Labor Implementation Support Specialist position at LBMC, PC?
The Time and Labor Implementation Support Specialist assists with the implementation of new clients and delivers comprehensive, high quality support on Kronos/UKG Ready software and hardware products. This position will work primarily in the Time and Labor, Scheduler, Payroll modules, but, will also need to learn the HR module as well for seamless system flow. On this fast-paced team, the specialist will need to exemplify outstanding customer service skills as well as troubleshooting skills. The Time and Labor Implementation Support Specialist will have a passion for problem solving, technology, and helping others to promote an amazing customer experience.
PRIMARY DUTIES
- Provides technical support of system issues and concerns, including troubleshooting, working with vendors and clients to resolve issues, educating processors on system functions.
- Analyze customer configuration and effectively use internal and external resources such as knowledgebases, user/admin manuals, and internet resources to troubleshoot the problem.
- Utilize your technical aptitude to re-configure our software solution and to configure transfer of data from one system to another via import, FTP site, middleware, etc.
- Work cross-functionally and amongst a team on new client implementation, upgrade, and change order projects
- Provide significant transfer of Kronos/UKG product knowledge to client through trainings either in person, via webinar, or through training documents created by the specialist.
- Test system setup and verify data accuracy.
- Programs and tests timekeeping system clocks and arranges for shipment to client site.
- Other UKG module responsibilities as assigned
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field is required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
- Self-starter with excellent organizational and follow up skills
- Ability to work both independently to provide solutions to the client and as part of a team to accomplish tasks
- Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and research technical issues
- Time/labor system experience required
- Experience implementing Kronos/UKG WFR software, preferred
- Software Implementation experience a plus
- Understanding of operating systems, networking technologies/protocols, and software applications
- Prior experience with file imports and Middleware set up for data file transfers, preferred
- Proven ability to configure software preferred
- Proficient in MS Office Outlook, Excel (V-look ups a plus), and Word
