Marketing Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to join our team at LBMC W Squared. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and communications, with a focus on driving growth and enhancing the firm's brand presence in the accounting industry. This is a full-time hybrid role located in Brentwood, TN for a Marketing Manager at LBMC W Squared. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is required.
- At least 5 years of experience developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns in accounting or a related field.
Location
- Brentwood, TN – Hybrid 2 days in office 3 days remote
Job Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Own and develop the marketing function for the organization.
- Plan and implement multiple marketing initiatives across various platforms.
- Execute content copywriting, graphic design, and video editing.
- Manage and optimize SEO and SEM efforts.
- Create, measure, analyze, and report on marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Manage social media, email marketing, and targeted campaigns.
- Oversee projects within the marketing department, ensuring alignment with the marketing strategy.
- Prioritize and allocate the marketing budget effectively.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
