Pay starts between $14-$16/hour and they will even provide you training if you don't have a radiology certificate!
As a Dental Assistant, you will be working in a fast-paced and high-tech dental practice and will perform many tasks requiring both interpersonal and technical skills. 1-2 years of experience preferred but willing to train.
Job Responsibilities for the Dental Assistant:
- Greet patients.
- Set up and clean treatment rooms.
- File insurance forms.
- Interact with insurance companies.
- Formulate temporary crowns and bridges.
- Operate and determine X-rays.
- Schedule patients.
- Chairside experience.
- General dental operations.
- Cleaning and sterilization of instruments.
- Dental terminology and charting.
- Identify tooth numbers, surfaces, and quadrants.
- Front and back office operations.
A current radiology certificate is preferred, but they are willing to train the right candidate.
Starting wages are $14.00 - $16.00 per hour, DOE. Candidates must be available to work rotating days, the office is open Monday through Saturday, 8am-8pm. Schedules will vary.
