The LPM team at LC is looking for a talented individual to elevate our resident and community experience in a values-based manner reflective of our purpose. In this role, you’ll ensure the buildings are clean and in functioning order.
Make an impact through these primary responsibilities:
- Cleans and sparkles units prior to resident move-ins and assists with trash collection.
- Picks up debris in the hallways of buildings, around buildings, inside parking garages, corridors, elevator lobbies, and amenity spaces.
- Cleans restrooms, common areas, and leasing office as designated by Community Manager.
- Vacuums and mops hallways, corridors, and stairwells.
- Assists with snow and ice removal from building walkways and parking areas.
- Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies and orders supplies when necessary, and in conjunction with the maintenance team.
- Assists with minor repairs such as changing light bulbs, paint touch up, etc. as requested.
- Ensures that unsafe conditions are corrected in a timely manner, including unlocked/inoperable doors, slip hazards, etc.
- Assists with picking up dog waste on site in conjunction with the maintenance team.
- Assists with walking amenity spaces after-hours to ensure they are not being used past designated times
- Responds to after-hours noise complaints and lockouts.
- Walking the building and checking all doors and windows to ensure security of the building.

- Previous porter experience is preferred but not required.
- This position requires strong attention to detail, strong time management skills and one must have the interest and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
