Green Hills is actively looking for a hospitality-minded Life Enrichment Coordinator to join our growing team! This role will assist in providing opportunities for life enrichment programs to meet the physical, social, spiritual, intellectual, and creative needs and abilities of health care center, assisted living, and memory care residents.
YOU ARE EXCITED ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY BECAUSE YOU WILL
- Develop and lead activities with residents, which may include exercise classes, socials, music programs, games, travelogues, and education presentations.
- Schedule live music for socials and entertainment in Health Care, Memory Care, and Assisted Living.
- Coordinate with Assisted Living staff to prepare the monthly activity calendar.
- Coordinate and maintain an active and effective volunteer program, including giving orientation, directing, and scheduling volunteers and volunteer groups.
- Carry out the resident care plan process as established by the State of Iowa and facility policies and procedures.
- Help decorate the Health Center appropriately for special events and seasons.

- Are comfortable interacting with residents of varying abilities.
- May have experience or familiarity with games, crafts, music, and social / community resources.
- Can obtain a Chauffer’s license within 90 days of hire.
- Preferred Have obtained a degree or certificate in a related field.
- Have knowledge of MS Excel and Publisher.
