LDA architects is a diversified fast-paced, design-oriented architectural firm specializing in urban redevelopment, residential, small commercial, adaptive reuse and renovation, and preservation of historic structures. LDA seeks a talented and self-motivated candidate for a key position on our many Historic Restoration projects. This position will include involvement in each phase of a project from design through construction.

You will be an important member of a growing team of architects, interior designers, and planners based out of our office at The Offices at the Agora, located at the historic Agora Theater.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise in the development of architectural details on Historic Restoration projects.
- Implement projects from conceptual design through construction documents by collaborating with project teams
- Work with the design team and clients to identify objectives
- Prepare designs, working drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for Historic Restoration projects.
- Investigate existing conditions and research appropriate restoration techniques.
- Balance multiple projects simultaneously in order to meet project deadlines and needs
- Actively promotes a culture of collaboration and innovation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited college or university
- 5 years of Architecture experience
- High proficiency with Revit software preferred
- Licensed Architect preferred
- Strong freehand and digital graphics
