LDA architects is a diversified fast-paced, design-oriented architectural & interior design firm specializing in urban redevelopment, residential, small commercial, adaptive reuse and renovation, and preservation of historic structures. LDA seeks a talented and self-motivated candidate for a key interior design position. This position will include involvement in each phase of a project from design through construction.

You will be an important member of a growing team of architects, interior designers, and planners based out of our office at The Offices at the Agora, located at the historic Agora Theater.
Responsibilities:
- Implement projects from conceptual design through construction documents by collaborating with project teams
- Work with clients to identify objectives and formulate options
- Prepare designs, working drawings, select finishes and furniture in primarily commercial and multi-family residential projects
- Research and implement alternative and sustainable design approaches based on unique specifications, site conditions, regulations, etc.
- Balance multiple projects simultaneously in order to meet project deadlines and needs
- Actively promotes a culture of collaboration and innovation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design from an accredited college or university
- 3 years of work experience
- High proficiency with Revit
- Strong freehand and digital graphics
