Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure the highest level of food quality by adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Coordinate with other kitchen team members to fulfill guest orders efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to uphold kitchen standards.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste.
- A minimum of 1 years of kitchen experience in a culinary driven restaurant or hotel.
- The ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong multitasking skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously.
