What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chef position at Le Mont Royal?
Head Chef of a Quebecois restaurant and bar. We are a small independent restaurant focused on French Neo-bistro fare. We are looking for a hungry chef that is looking to make their mark with oportunities for equity and growth. We are looking for someone dynamic that can build unique dishes that that will capture the hearts and imagination of our guests as well as execute the the banquet and events needs of the restaurant. We need a good leader and team player that can manage the BOH staff, food costs, and coordinate with FOH to execute great service.
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
