**Job Description:**
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Swimming Pool Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pool installation, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Install residential and commercial swimming pools according to project specifications and industry standards.
- Prepare the installation site, including excavation, grading, and drainage.
- Assemble and install pool components, including liners, walls, and filtration systems.
- Ensure all installations comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with clients to address needs and provide recommendations.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in pool installation is a plus.
- Proven experience in swimming pool installation or a related field.
- Strong understanding of pool systems, including plumbing and electrical components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
