What Will You Do?
Perform Clerical Functions
- Answers phones, transfers calls, assists callers, retrieves branch voicemail messages, and communicates to appropriate team members.
- Maintain applicant records
- Assist in ensuring all applicant onboarding and client specific requirements are completed and met
- Coordinating schedules with applicants and interviewers, creating calendars, sending interview confirmations, monitoring inboxes, and reconciling interview cancellations.
- Conducting applicant sourcing and initial interviews
- Assist with staffing and client communication
- Maintain and make postings to our social media pages.
- Plan and execute the recruiting strategy, in partnership with the Recruiters
- Staff reception desk by greeting visitors and applicants, notifying the team of visitor/applicant arrival.
- Repetitively perform data entry to input and update applicant information in the candidate database while upholding confidentiality when handling applicant information.
- Ensure that the minimum hiring requirements and client-specific requirements are met including contacting references, screening for drug use, checking for criminal background, and verification of legal status to work in the US.
- Assist with the weekly payroll process and other administrative duties upon request.
- Share in the rotating on-call schedule.
- Participate in team and leadership meetings.
- Participate in learning and development opportunities, as suggested by leadership.
Who We are Looking For?
- High school education or equivalent
- Two (2) years of administrative experience
- Recruiting and/or staffing industry experience is a plus but not required
- Enthusiastic positive personality with a desire to work in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to work in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Commitment to provide excellent customer service every day
- Highly organized and detailed with an Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Computer literacy using Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong technical skills to navigate and utilize our technology platforms
- Like people and enjoy connecting with others from diverse backgrounds and experiences
- A desire to succeed and advance in the company
