VP of Operations

## Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing operations and driving business growth and maintain healthy customer relations within LE3's current portfolio.

## Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and achieve company goals
- Lead and mentor team to ensure operational excellence
- Oversee all aspects of operations including day to day workload, customer satisfaction, process improvement, and project management
- Drive initiatives to optimize processes and streamline operations for maximum productivity
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, partners, and clients
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement

## Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred or related work experience.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role with a focus on operations management
- Strong background in strategic planning, business development, and process improvement
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and driving operational excellence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,805.00 - $160,607.00 per year
