Summary
Provide excellent customer service by performing personal financial service support duties for customers. Perform various clerical services for loan officers; close and disburse approved loans, prepare correspondence for loan officers, obtain proper loan, investments and merchant file documentation. Assist with Marketing projects and customer service initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
10%-Greet and assist lobby traffic presenting a friendly, professional first impression. Answer telephones for assigned department in a professional manner. Assist other departments as needed.
30%- Assist with Merchant & Credit Card Programs. Assist with Merchant program to include preparing new merchant inputs and servicing of existing merchant customers. Assist with customer service support for the management of the credit card program. Maintain customer files and records ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal bank audit requirements. Quality control of credit card maintenance inputs. Work within all guidelines established by management and Standard Operating procedures with NO audit exceptions.
25% Assist with Marketing projects. Marketing projects include but not limited to research, development of marketing collateral including but not limited to newsletters, brochures, credit card application forms, customer lists, competitive research, updating of digital billboards and digital in-branch tv screens. Support VP of marketing with various tasks such as reports, graphs, tracking, power point presentations and other marketing tasks. Assist in creating or adjusting to different specs new and existing digital and print ads. Assist with social media posts. Ensure regulatory compliance as it relates to advertising and bank overall bank compliance.
15% Loan Documentation/PFS Documentation- Prepare Credit Authorizations (CA's) for the loan officers as requested. Work with the loan personnel and assist when needed with the preparation of all loan documentation in bank's loan preparation software. Close loan, disburse funds, maintain loan document files, send collateral documents to be recorded and enter cross-app entries. Assist with CDARS and sweep account programs as needed. On a daily basis, perform the settlement of the customers' overnight repo transactions early and accurately. Work within all guidelines established by management and Standard Operating procedures with NO audit exceptions.
15% Prepare Correspondence and Reports. Prepare correspondence, clear documentation exceptions, mail customer notices, open mail and prepare ledger tickets. Compilation and distribution of reading files. Meet deadlines for reporting by specified times. Monthly reporting includes but not limited to, specific certifications, monthly and quarterly reports, and denial reports.
5% Other Duties as Assigned. Complete online training within specified timelines. Complete other reports and tasks as assigned by management. Supervisory Responsibilities
