We seek a skilled and experienced Fab Shop Welder/Assembler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in welding and assembly of various metal components. This position requires a high level of precision and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work with various types of materials and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all welds and assemblies meet the required specifications and quality standards.
- Assemble metal components based on blueprints and technical drawings.
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC mills and lathes to machine parts to specified tolerances.
- Perform routine maintenance on welding, CNC, and other fabrication equipment.
- Inspect completed work for accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a welder/assembler.
- Experience running CNC milling and lathe operations is a huge plus.
- Knowledge of metalworking techniques and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Salary : $40,000 - $45,000
