Job Title: Account Manager

Lead Anywhere is looking for proactive people to join our Account Manager team. We are seeking hard working, self managed, proactive individuals that will engage in sales related conversations within a variety of focused industries (e.g., Agriculture & Heavy Equipment, Healthcare, and Information Technologies).
In this role you'll be building and maintaining a portfolio of ongoing partnerships with sales representatives. You’ll also be working with Business Development teams at Lead Anywhere to find buyers interested in our clients' products and services, qualify that interest, and work to get those buyers engaging in a sales discussion with the sales people you have relationships with.
The ideal candidate must be proactive and drive to develop themselves in the role, have the ability to interact with customers on an individual basis to facilitate good buying experiences between buyers and sellers, have excellent communication and organizational skills, work well in leading and orchestrating discussions, and be effective at building win-win relationships with professionals.
Also, the ideal candidate should not be afraid to ask questions, challenge status quo, explore new ideas and paths to revenue.
Starting base pay for a full-time Account Manager is $45,000 per year. In addition to base pay are monthly commissions once certain objectives are met as well as immediate access to the company profit sharing program paid quarterly. Base pay plus commissions can range $45,000 to $100,000 annually.
