What does a day as Leasing Agent look like?

· Build positive relationships with prospective tenants and current tenants

· Answering the phones with a smile and an upbeat personality

· Showing property to prospective tenants

· Processing prospect applications for approval

· Delivering excellent customer service leading by example

· Working toward higher certifications/education as a professional

· Maintain professional resident communications verbally and in writing

· Mentor and assist the leasing team by example

Here are some things you already know how to do!

· You have 1 years of experience in the apartment industry

· You have experience in customer service

· You have an understanding and work well with social media

· You are proficient in writing, speaking, and understanding English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.50 per hour
