What you’ll do
Have conversations with a variety of people to explain various offers
Use scripts to provide information about offers, products etc.
Persuade customers to accept the offer
Handle objections or complaints in a professional manner
Walk customers through certain processes
Accurately record information about the call
Meet / exceed set targets
What you bring
At least 6 months of experience in lead generation or sales (preferably in a contact centre environment)
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas
Amazing objection handling and persuasion skills
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in English
Working knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems

The Legal Stuff
This is a commission-based role where you are in charge of how much you earn, the more leads you generate, the higher your income will be.
This is an office-based role where you will be expected to work Monday to Friday in our office in Three Anchor Bay, Cape Town.
