As a Financial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business by reaching out to potential clients and selling our financial products and services. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and develop customized solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.

In addition, you should have excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Generate new business by reaching out to potential clients and selling debt consolidation or debt resolution programs.
- Work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and develop customized solutions to help them achieve their financial goals
- Stay up to date with changes in financial markets and regulations
- Contact customers who are behind on their payments and negotiate repayment plans
- Educate customers on debt settlement options and guide the best course of action
- Respond to inquiries in a timely and effective manner and treat customers fairly and consistently
- Negotiates account settlement within established guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment arrangements
- Achieve monthly targets for call volume, successful negotiations, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer experience
Requirements:
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in sales or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated individuals with a positive attitude and excellent people skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
Job Type: Full-time
