This position is responsible for logistics that support data integrity between operational departments in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Database. Duties include data entry, report creation and analysis, implementation of operating standards, performing analysis for data integrity, and for conducting database management projects as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Associates degree plus 1-3 years database experience required. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered. Minimum 1 year experience using a CRM database system required, preferable Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Proficient in latest version of Microsoft Office products.
Proficient in reporting tools.
Must have data analysis and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal, customer service skills; must establish and maintain effective relationships with all donors, team members and volunteers.
Solid writing skills, including ability to edit and format documents with accuracy.
Work well under pressure, handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines; must work independently with little or no supervision.
This position may be required to be on campus when deemed necessary at the direction of management.
Detail oriented and possess outstanding organizational skills.
Able to work a flexible schedule that may include scheduled overtime.
Possess sound business judgment, exercise professional conduct, understand and follow business ethics and standards, and maintain a high level of confidentiality in all duties.
Comfortable with and willing to work around large dogs.
Willing to perform general public relations duties on behalf of Leader Dog (perform tours, answer general questions, be a professional and courteous representative of Leader Dog, etc.).
Establish and maintain professional, productive, and courteous interactions with employees that promote positive teamwork, as well as with volunteers, donors, clients, and all constituents of Leader Dog. This encompasses going beyond giving and receiving instructions and includes but is not limited to (a) performing work activities requiring interacting or speaking with others; and (b) responding appropriately to constructive feedback or suggestions for improvement from a supervisor.
