Salary & Benefits:
- Starting salary of $55,000 to $65,000 per year, based on experience
- Hourly pay with overtime pay of 1.5X regular rate – we don’t expect to be more than 5 hours/week of overtime, and only occasionally

Client-Facing Responsibilities:
- Answer phones
- Handle all paperwork for clients and the firm’s custodians
- Assist in the maintenance of the firm document management system
- Provide administrative support to the Lead Advisors
- Coordinate client meeting scheduling, including in-person and video meetings
- Follow-up and document work as appropriate in our CRM
- Handle client RMDs
- Attend and contribute to team meetings
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in client service position, preferably in a financial advisory firm
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn to navigate various web-based platforms
- Positive, energetic, friendly, and service-oriented
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to follow/interpret procedures and see tasks and projects through to completion
- NOT required but a plus – Series 7 license and life and health
Qualified candidates will start the process by having a 15-30 minute zoom interview conducted by our consultant (who is the hiring manager for this position). If there is ground to move forward, you will be required to fill out a Career History Form and if you are selected to advance in the process, you will meet with the firm. Qualified candidates may be asked to take assessments. A background and credit check will be required.
