Job Description
1. Experience managing a talent acquisition team including recruiters, sourcers and coordinators in large, complex, matrixed environment.
2. Proven record of success for implementing recruiting initiatives and programs that have had a positive impact on the diversity of candidates and university hiring.
3. Excellent presentation skills and deep experience and success communicating with senior leadership.
NOTE - Bachelor's degree eight years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
