Position Summary:
We are looking for a Marketing Director who will play a pivotal role in the growth of League. This position will work across multiple functions to lead and develop our marketing and partner marketing initiatives. You and your team will ensure flawless execution of our pipeline generation and influence campaigns and actively monitor their performance.
You will report into the AVP of Marketing and help set the strategic vision and direction for how Marketing supports our partner, sales and business development team mates. This role requires a unique combination of skills including marketing campaign design, brand management, channel go-to-market strategy and operations. The ideal candidate has both a strategic marketing background, as well as a deep understanding of product marketing and partner programs. You should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business challenges, and are able to build and convey compelling plans and frameworks. You have a natural ability to balance multiple projects and work within a high-growth and constantly evolving environment. You have a passion for solving complex business challenges and thrive on constantly improving the prospect and partner experience.
In this role, you will:
- Design and implement data-driven marketing and partner marketing strategies that build and nurture qualified pipeline.
- Maximize the impact of our marketing efforts by ensuring strategy, growth and content team alignment.
- Coach and develop a team of 2-3 people.
- Consistently measure and communicate the impact of marketing investments.
About you:
- Knowledge and experience in B2B marketing (specifically ABM) and with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
- 7-9 years experience, with strong marketing, analytical, business development and leadership acumen.
- You have a history of working in a collaborative team environment.
- Experience building and leading high performing, diverse teams.
- Shown ability to excel with executive-level relationships.
- Solid understanding of Enterprise SaaS business models and customer experience apps and ecosystems.
- A positive, winning attitude, incorporating integrity, confidentiality and discretion.
- Ability to build and execute a vision.
- Experience building a comprehensive marketing strategies from the ground-up with measurable success in an environment where direct sales and channel sales co-exist.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
