- Fun and Fitness Leadership: Lead and inspire a diverse team of managers across various fun and fitness attractions within our center, ensuring a fun and safe experience for our guests
- Innovative Guest Experiences: Drive innovation in guest experiences by continuously brainstorming, developing, and implementing new attractions and activities that promote health and wellness
- Health and Wellness Integration: Collaborate with health and wellness experts to develop programs and activities that promote healthy living and active lifestyles for both children and adults
- Food and Beverage Excellence: Oversee our food and beverage operations, focusing on delivering delicious and healthy menu options that satisfy a variety of tastes
- Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and service excellence throughout the center, ensuring a welcoming environment for all
- Financial Management: Manage the division's budget, optimize revenue streams, and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high-quality offerings
- Community Engagement: Build and nurture relationships within the local community, partnering with schools, organizations, and fitness influencers to promote our center's unique blend of entertainment and wellness
- Team Development: Develop and mentor your team to foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and personal growth

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Recreation Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- Proven experience in operations management within the family entertainment or health and wellness industry
