Our Hardware Technician position might be the perfect fit for you. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of hardware and supply inventory at our Muncie facility and providing support to our customer service team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Set-up computer and copier/printer hardware

Process and track in bound and out bound inventory

Deliver supplies to customers

Assist in equipment installations

Position & physical requirements:

Must be able to climb ladders, push, pull, bend, stoop, crawl, walk, reach, kneel when applicable to the environment.

Ability to lift 50 lbs minimum with occasional lifting of heavier items and to stand for long periods of time.

Ability to work in inclement weather

Ability to drive delivery van and box truck

Ability to operate maintenance equipment

Clean driving record

Successful background and drug screen

Ability to work independently and complete tasks with limited supervision

Ability to communicate professionally with clients & staff
