What You’ll Do:

As a BCBA at Learning ARTS, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, training caregivers, and ensuring the delivery of high quality ABA therapy services to individuals with autism. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a team of talented professionals who share your passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals with autism.

Responsibilities:

The Behavior Analyst will be expected to provide case supervision, direct services, and support to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities and their families.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs), and develop individualized treatment plans based on the principles of applied behavior analysis.
  • Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and direct support staff.
  • Implement behavior intervention plans and track progress towards treatment goals.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across various environments.
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make data-driven decisions.
  • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and trainings to promote professional development and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of client progress and services provided.

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the principles of applied behavior analysis and experience in conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing behavior intervention plans.
  • Ensure that the main office has the information it needs for the region, including planning for case distribution/assignments, hiring, staff training and scheduling etc
  • Proficient in data collection, analysis, and interpretation to guide decision-making and treatment planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, families, and other professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Work a 40-hour work week if a salaried Behavior Analyst
  • Train patient’s guardians and family members on treatment techniques and designated family goals.
  • Participate in review process for Behavior Specialists

Experience:

  • working as a BCBA with individuals with autism: 1 year (Preferred)
  • conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs): 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (Required)
