Position Summary: Tour guides lead visitors, individually or in groups, on tours less than a day in length. Tour guides ensure that itineraries are met and that customers are being informed entertainingly about the location they are touring. They are also responsible for ensuring the safety of the group and ensuring that tour groups remain together. Tour guides are employed by tour companies, resorts, and attractions.

- Guide cavern tours
- Interact with guests
- Daily cleaning and upkeep of grounds
- Experience in hospitality, guiding, have an enthusiastic interest in nature, caves, and conservation as a whole
- Ability to speak audibly to the public and provide information to a wide audience

Educations & Experience:
- Secondary school diploma is preferred

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms and requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies to 20 pounds.
