Machine Operator II – 3rd Shift

This full-time opportunity is perfect for a detail-oriented team player with experience in plastic injection molding or a similar industry.
Responsibilities of the Machine Operator II – 3rd Shift
- Operate injection molding machines
- Run complex jobs requiring auxiliary equipment and hand loads
- Set up workstations for new jobs, including leveling and setting up scales
- Assist with inspection and assembly tasks
- Identify, report, and alert leads/supervisors to quality issues
- Weigh, count, and package finished goods for shipping
- Complete paperwork
- Support 5S practices and conduct 5S audits
- Help train other machine operators
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications of the Machine Operator II – 3rd Shift
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of machine operator experience in the plastic injecting molding or related industry; clean room experience is a plus
- Understanding of plastic molded part defects
- Ability to use measuring tools and small hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and adjust priorities quickly
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. frequently
The 3rd Shift Machine Operator II works Monday through Friday from 11:00pm-7:30am. We look forward to hearing from you!
