POSITION: Accounting Assistant
LOCATION: Los Angeles, CA
JOB TYPE: Full Time
SALARY: $43,680
The Lede Company, a full-service communication, strategy, and social impact consulting firm, specializing in corporate, brand, entertainment, and nonprofit sectors, is seeking an Accounting Assistant to join the Finance and Accounting team in our Beverly Hills office.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Process transactions, issue checks, update ledgers & budgets etc.

Reconcile credit cards and merchants & resolve discrepancies

Enter financial transactions into internal databases

Assist with audits, fact checks and resolving discrepancies

Other accounting and administrative duties as needed

Perform basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, etc.

Handle communication with clients and vendors
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree in related field with work experience

QuickBooks Desktop experience preferred

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office - particularly Excel

Exceptional attention to detail

Strong time management & verbal and written communication skills

Takes initiative and is resourceful

Excellent analytical skills

Familiar with basic accounting principles

Ability to multitask & remain motivated and positive
MORE DETAILS:

In-office requirement: 3 - 4 days per week
- Non-exempt role
- Some overtime may be required
