Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage USA/Canada Import Customs filing system, taking proper procedures to address and handle abnormal Customs EDI malfunctions.
- Manage USA/Canada terminal EDI transmissions, taking proper procedures to address and handle abnormal EDI malfunctions.
- Manage Import processes including CIS, Customs filing, Accounts receivable, Freight Release, Inland release, vessel schedule changes in AFSYS.
- Work with Users during system problems.
- Work with Users during system changes or improvements.
- Send requests to HQ IT/LT.
- Test and train Users on system changes and improvements.
Requirements:
- With Power BI and PL/SQL skill will be a plus.
- Afsys Import module processes.
- Afsys booking module processes.
- Afsys FRT module processes
- ILIS/EQMS module processes
- FTP/SFTP
- Ability to work and deal with large amounts of data.
