Job Description:
- Pull revenue and expense data for monthly standard reporting
- Support financial reporting for company entities and activities
- P&L reports showing monthly / /annual trend compared to budget; perform analysis
- Create RAF scores and present trends / graphs
- Review capitation calculations to ensure accurate payments (primary, straight, and specialty contact capitation) with correct contracted rates
- Work with health plans ensuring capitation revenue payments are received & reconciled (bank ETF vs capitation reports) prior to payment distribution
- Work with health plans and finance team to analyze / appeal capitation deductions
- Calculate Stop Loss Insurance payments
- Create monthly reporting packaging for accounting team journal entries
- Invoice and track payments made by CPOs
- Cultivate and maintain customer relationships and rapport with stakeholders / client groups
- Establish effective working relationships with cross-functional team(s)
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of analysis / accounting experience
- 1-2 years experience in medical industry
- Prior experience with capitation calculations required
- Advanced Excel proficiency- pivot tables and v look ups
- QuickBooks experience a plus
