- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong guest service orientation with a focus on providing exceptional hospitality
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures
- Experience with night audit processes is a plus
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is an asset
- Ability to build positive guest relations and handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor
