Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Post high school degree in business beneficial but not required
- 5 or more years of experience as a receptionist in a large office environment.
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook as well as phone Software a plus.
Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to perform, track and monitor progress of multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet strict deadlines promptly
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively problem solve, de-escalate situations, and manage challenging scenarios with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
