Summary of Job:
The Site Supervisor is a working technician responsible for preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and ensuring proper & continuous operation of facilities equipment. Position will also be responsible for supervising and leading other trade personnel.Essential duties and responsibilities: (include but are not limited to)
- Establish & maintain client and employee relationships
- Serve as a management resource for field personnel; coach, mentor & supervise assigned staff to ensure their personal & professional development
- Track completion of all work to ensure adherence to contract and to maximize equipment uptime
- Assist with the development of corrective maintenance plans as required and present to client for approval
- Provide technical support to site teams & identify training needs
- Develop reports, job description & processes
- Respond to requests for services beyond the scope of contract in a timely manner
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
- (2) two or more years’ experience on a maintenance team in an industrial or manufacturing environment is required
