Job Posting for National Accounts Manager at Leed Seed
Job Responsibilities:
Identify potential new customers from among residential solar power installers nationwide.
Aggressively sell the entire suite of Leed Seed products and services.
Serve as the main point of contact for selected existing customers and all new customers: develop strong professional relationships and provide outstanding customer service.
Evaluate all existing customer service processes and suggest improvements.
Proactively identify new processes to improve the customer experience.
Work with the senior leadership team to identify new target customer communities.
Work with the senior leadership team to identify new products and services.
Qualifications and Skills:
Creating and maintaining customer relationships.
Ability to interface with internal staff and advocate for customers.
Ability to interface with the entire range of employees at customer companies, up to and including C suite executives.
Managing sales and customer service processes.
Self-motivated yet customer-focused.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Experience in sales.
Experience in customer service.
Knowledge or interest in solar power and other areas of home improvement a plus.
