What are the responsibilities and job description for the A/R Representative position at Leeds Resources?
We are looking for an AR Rep to manage incoming payments and properly track them into the system to maintain accurate records.
Accounts Receivable Responsibilities:
- Processing, verifying, posting and recording accounts receivables data.
- Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing invoices, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork, and contacting clients to discuss their accounts.
- Processing and recording transactions.
- Resolving client billing issues.
- Maintaining records regarding payments and account statuses.
- Reconciling accounts receivable ledger and generating financial reports.
Accounts Receivable Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5 years experience with AR specific functions.
- High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
- Strong math, typing, and computer skills, especially with bookkeeping software.
- Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour
