Leepfrog Technologies, Inc. provides its CourseLeaf software to more than 450 of the nation's most academically complex colleges and universities to manage their academic catalogs, curriculum, section scheduling, registration, and syllabi management.
The Administrative Coordinator must be detail - oriented, creative, personable, and be able to articulate clearly. They must also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, organizational and time management skills, basic computer skills, and effective customer service skills . The Administrative Coordinator must be able to offer reliable support to Managers and Executives to help improve the efficiency of Leepfrog’s day-to-day activities. The position may support one or more internal teams.
Duties
- Maintain outstanding customer service for Leepfrog.
- Assemble needed information for interdepartmental projects, acting as a liaison across departments and/or externally with clients.
- Effectively organize and prioritize a wide range of projects, creating and maintaining project milestones. This includes updating checklists.
- Support the delivery and logistics of projects by assembling and analyzing project statistics, plans, and status reports.
- Perform various administrative duties for Managers and Executives such as:
- Prepare meeting agendas and take notes
- Draft correspondence, PowerPoint slides, and respond to emails,
- Schedule appointments and assist with travel arrangements.
- Prepare project summaries as needed.
- Maintain and update data within internal databases.
- Participate in special projects and ad-hoc requests as needed.
- Adhere to prescribed deadlines.
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence as needed.
- Occasionally answer incoming phone calls and assist with other related clerical duties as needed.
- Ensure general business practices remain ethical and compliant, assist in auditing processes as needed, and comply with and enforce Leepfrog established policies and procedures.
- Prepare materials for corporate events as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
A minimum of one-year prior job experience is required. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience is preferred. Must possess expertise with Windows OS, Microsoft Product Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Web Browsers, and other computer and software applications. Customer service skills are required. Experience with SalesForce a plus. Driver’s license required. The ideal candidate must be able to operate in an entrepreneurial, small company environment.
Physical Requirements
Generally, this position is considered sedentary and will use office equipment, phones, and computers. This position is required to work in the corporate office and may be located in a busy, open area office, faced with regular interruptions. Must have the ability to lift approximately 40 pounds. Occasional travel may be required (Approximately 5-10%).
