What are the responsibilities and job description for the OLCC Harvest Employee position at Left Coast Standard?
Currently assembling crews for the 2024 light dep harvest season, replanting and bucking/trimming. Work is starting ASAP. The job will consist of long hours in all kinds of weather. We are located in Merlin, OR.
- Can you lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding farm work?
- Are you able to be on your feet all day? Do you take and follow direction well? Do you have a strong work ethic?
- Are you a team player that stays busy and focused? Can you do these things while maintaining a positive attitude?

You MUST be at least 21 years of age and have your OLCC workers permit. We do not tolerate alcohol or drug use.
The pay is $18/hour based on skill and work ethic. We pay every other week. You MUST have reliable transportation and be to work on time. We start work days early everyday. Consistent work will be available during/through harvest. After harvest, there will be extended trimming work. Experience harvesting and/or trimming required.
