Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrator to join our team. The Administrator will be responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in office management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining files
- Supervise and provide guidance to administrative staff
- Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle phone systems, including answering calls, taking messages, and directing inquiries to the appropriate person
- Coordinate and oversee office events, meetings, and conferences
- Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or administration
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
- Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in event planning is a plus
- Background in medical office management is preferred
