What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Social Worker position at Legacy Health Services?
As the Licensed Social Worker you will assist in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of the Social Services Departments at Legacy Health Service facilities in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, as well as our established policies and procedures.
Education and Experience
Must possess, a MSW Degree from an approved school of Social Work
Active LSW license in good standing required
Must have, as a minimum, 2 year supervised social work experience in a health care setting working directly with individuals
Long term care experience preferred
